Working together with the client to establish equilibrium and focus on gaining back control over their lives. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Psychoeducation to help guide each client back to a stabilized level of functioning

Guiding Principles

My guiding principles come from understanding the unique individuality of every person and knowing that change is constant in one’s life. Helping individuals establish meaning and purposefulness in their lives through building a therapeutic relationship from communication, respect, and unbiased approach. I believe in working together to achieve the desired outcome of the client
