It is okay to not be okay. Healing from within is an approach that we all must take to better our mental health.
Healthy mind, body, and soul is essential to our healing process as people. Realizing our inequities ultimately allows us for personal growth and to achieve our best self that we can be. This is how I approach mental health and the treatment for my patients. Healing first begins with us and knowing our self limitations and when to seek help is key.
