Experience

With over 5 years in the mental health field, I am a Certified Trauma Professional with experience in both outpatient and inpatient behavioral health settings. I have provided individual counseling to clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, treating a range of disorders including, but not limited to, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and Addictive behaviors.

Patient Care Philosophy

My clinical approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. I also incorporate principles of Individual Psychology to support a holistic and strengths-based therapeutic process. I believe in empowering clients through a collaborative relationship that fosters emotional safety, self-awareness, and practical tools for lasting change.

Guiding Principles

My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to ethical and culturally competent care. I believe in the power of a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their inherent abilities and potential for growth. Collaboration, transparency, and trust are essential in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and heal.
