Experience

With 5+ years in the mental health field, I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, primarily with the AtlantiCare health system. I have provided individual counseling to clients from diverse backgrounds, treating various disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, and Addictive behaviors.

Patient Care Philosophy

My approach to therapy combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Individual psychology, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients achieve meaningful change. I believe in a holistic and collaborative process, where clients are empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, understand their personal goals, and develop practical strategies to overcome challenges.

Guiding Principles

My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to ethical and culturally competent care. I believe in the power of a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their inherent abilities and potential for growth. Collaboration, transparency, and trust are essential in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and heal.
