Specialized Training

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an evidence-based approach particularly effective for trauma-related concerns.

Treatment Philosophy

My approach emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, working together with clients to reestablish balance and reclaim control in their lives. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), EMDR, and psychoeducation to support clients in achieving emotional stability, personal growth, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Guiding Principles

Rooted in the ethical framework of social work, I honor the inherent dignity and worth of every individual, recognizing that each person brings their own unique story and strengths. I believe in the power of human relationships as a foundation for healing and change, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment grounded in integrity, respect, and cultural humility. I approach each therapeutic relationship with compassion, open communication, and a nonjudgmental stance, working collaboratively to help clients establish meaningful goals and navigate life’s changes with resilience and clarity.
